"I absolutely LOVE Pride Cleaners, especially the drive through on 291 in Lee's Summit. They have taken great care of all my dry cleaning and comforter laundering needs for years. They always do a great job, always with a smile. They're a good 45 minute drive from my home, and of course there are cleaners closer, but these folks are worth the drive! Thank you!!"
"Told me something was next day pick up. I went to pick it up and my clothes were not there. I needed them for a wedding the next day (a Saturday), and due to work travel that week was unable to drop them off sooner. The girl that I dropped the bag off with the day before said it had been left unattended overnight. She was the one who took it. And she didn’t enter in my clothes and just left it on the counter. She was snotty AF and rude about it too, like it was my fault she didn’t do her job. I had her get her manager on the phone who was also rude. They gave me my clothes for free and the manager apologized to me then when I picked them up so they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1. But that snotty employee needs retraining on how to do her job and how to speak to people."
