"We have used their service 2x and both have not been very satisfactory. The first was for a leaking faucet on our house exterior. There is a nut that seals the valve to the house, and I attempted to tighten it but was unable to do it enough (I didn't know this at first). We called and they came quickly, but after tightening the nut the charge remained $170. Unfortunate but they did fix the issue. The next issue was a leak we noted in our basement. This is in a space below the dishwasher which was running at the time. Since we couldn't be sure that was the cause, so we called for someone to look and be sure this was it. 2 technicians arrived and they never looked downstairs at the leak. I told them the dishwasher leaks at times, but this was related to a seal issue, and it has never led to water running into the basement. The made a halfhearted effort to pull the dishwasher out, but never got it all the way. They then went on stating this is likely a dishwasher problem and I will need a new dishwasher which they would be happy to put in (after fess of course). they then went on stating that it was the "diagnostic" $170. They went to write up the report and were ready to leave before I asked them to do something to test if this was the cause of the leak. after at most 15min of running the dishwasher and sink (at my request) they stated it could still be the dishwasher or the garbage disposal. Nothing was fixed, they left the dishwasher out of place for me to put back, and never attempted to confirm the source of the leak. This was a waste of time, and very unprofessional as they didn't seem happy that I asked them back to do more when they were ready to leave. Not worth your time, try someone else."
