"Pretty amazing pet supply store! I buy all of my small animal pet supplies from here and it’s REALLY nice having a local small business provide the things I would typically have to order online or go to the city for. They even provide my snake food, frozen or live. They also order the small animals and fish that they sell from reputable wholesalers/breeders, rather than from sketchy sellers that MANY other pet stores tend to order from. As a bonus, anyone wanting a pet other than a small animal, such as a dog or cat, they instead support and provide information on animal shelters for adoption in those cases. They also try to help you in any way they can with any issues you may be having with an animal. Several months ago, I bought a used, 20 gallon tank from them that they had cleaned up really, really well and decorated for me with *everything* needed for a snake for an EXTREMELY affordable price, as well as provided a tank stand. Everything all together was less expensive than most prices for JUST a new tank. I love these owners, who are a husband and wife. They are super personable and will sincerely do whatever they can to help you with your animals or find what you need. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will order it for you. Great place!"

"I have hade parrots for 30 plus years. I brought my daughter here and she bought a cockatiel and it died in a week. I called them and asked if they had any of the others die because I was worried they sold us a sick bird and that it could have got our other parrot sick. The female owner was very nice and said she would talk with the other owner. I called back and talked to him and he accused us of not feeding or giving it water. I might follow up here after I resolve this issue face to face."
