"It is a place that has very bad customer tension. When I was at that insurance company, I had an accident and they never resolved anything. I talked and talked but they never responded. Only the payment for each month is safe, but the temptation is almost never. They never answer at the headquarters office in Kansas City, they never answer me. I went to the Kansas office to request a title because they sent it to the wrong address. It was their responsibility because before they sent it, I told them that I was going to change my address and I told them They told them to change the address and when I asked them they told me that I never told them. One of them wanted to charge me $200 to get a car title, I told her that that was a lot but she told me that was what they normally charged to get a title, the “reason” was because it made them waste time going to get it back. I do not recommend that insurance company!! In my time at that insurance company I did not have any good experiences."
