"Purchased a machine from them just over a year ago. 2 months after i got it one of the cameras broke and the bolts on the roof fell off no big deal its warranty covered at the time called and spoke to him 4 different times over 3 months always with the promise of ill get one in the mail for you. its now 16 months later and never got it. When purchased they didnt tighten oil plugs all the way so after i trailered it home it had no oil and trailer was covered in it. Owner said at purchase “we call everyone before warranty expires and look over everything” Yea that never happened. Id rather buy from a big box store like buihheitt there customer service is better then this small dealership."

"We had our four wheeler has been there since the beginning of September. If we ever wanted information on what was going on we always had to contact them. Every time we did contact them we were told something different. We were promised that it would be done by Christmas. It wasn’t. My husband went by the service center this week. He talked to Joe Lippert via phone while at the service center. Joe said they didn’t have the money to purchase parts. He told my husband to just pick our four wheeler up. When my husband told him how wrong this is Joe Lippert stated “Your just out a four wheeler, I’m out $250,000.” Our four wheeler still has the same problem it went there with plus other things now. We are missing bolts and plastic grill piece. I had to go back and get the seat because that wasn’t on it either. Luckily they could find that. We understand everyone has hard times but communication, honesty and trying to make things right go a long way with us. That is nothing you will receive here."

"My family purchased two vehicles from Lippert Powersports. One ran for 4 months and has now been in the shop for 9 months for warranty work and the other ran for 8 months and has now been in the shop for 5 months for warranty work. My family is not receiving updates on the progress of their vehicles unless they ask and nothing is ever certain. This has been a huge headache for our family as these vehicles were purchased to help on our farm. 9 months is a long time to hold a vehicle and not make it a top priority."
