Too many things to list here, that illuminate how much damage a lawyer acting under color or against their client has the ability to do. Done with ease and determination to harm the client who hired her. To experience this first hand and know that i am not alone, is the reality of the system we have in place and a need to share such information of those who partake in these actions. Unethical actions I can only view as purposeful mishandling or acting against own client. Billing practice was not as stated. I had to ask for Sara McAvoy to withdraw from the case. If i had this experience, how many others have too?"

"A case certainly out of the ordinary involving dogs and breeding what I admired most about Sara McAvoy is that first I had to prove I had a case. That I had evidence to back up my story - allegations. She had to FIRST believe she could actually have a successful verdict BEFORE she accepted my retainer fee. Out of the usual as normally attorneys take your retainer fee to later let you know that you have no case or one that cannot have a successful outcome when your funds depleted. Would have been nice to know and understand that early on. I highly recommend Sara McAvoy. Whether I had won or lost I always felt I was getting the best representation at a reasonable and worthy cost."

Not only is she highly unprofessional but she even made fun of me because of how I look. I was set for a hearing and she canceled on me the night before saying she did not want to work with me. She then had the audacity to keep the retainer money and charge me more for her canceling on me. Save your money do not use this attorney."
