"Went to see heart doctor and payed my copay and the nurse took me back and did what she had to do which was excellent service and waiting for Dr and he comes in and sits down and does something on computer and then starts texting on his phone which there are signs in there and he's still looking at computer and texting and never talk to me and said we are done and left we checked out my wife said to me that all he never even said one word to us"

"I had an angiogram done at Mercy in Joplin and was told I would probably need by pass surgery. After some research, I decided to go to Wheeler Heart. I called and talked to Stacee and she said I needed to sign some forms so they could get my medical records from Mercy. I told her I was coming to Springfield and would come by Wheeler Heart and sign the form. When I got to the window, there were two women sitting there. I don't remember their names. I told them I wanted to see Stacee, that she wanted me to sign some forms. That's when all hell broke out. They started asking me a bunch of questions, name, date of birth, etc..and that Stacee wasn't available. I have never met more rude, obnoxious, and argumentive women. You would think women working in a doctor's office and dealing with the public, would be polite, and helpful. I made a special trip to sign some forms and wound up in a big argument. After that experience, and not wanting to deal with those women again, I decided to go someplace else for my heart issue."

"I would really love to leave 5 stars because overall the staff was friendly and helpful but I've been out of work for over a month, bills keep piling up and I have not gotten results back for a few things. Without these I cannot be cleared to work because I can't schedule an appointment with my DOT Dr. Until they come in. I don't see how results aren't available after 2 weeks of doing a stress test. Years ago, I had one done and got them back same day so not seeing the issue here. Also need results from heart monitor that's been almost 4 weeks since turning it in. Can't pay for services, bills or anything else until I can get cleared to work so.... Think you'd like to receive payment for services."

"Staff were phenominal. I got in and in and out quickly. All staff were considerate, professional and kind. I was comfortable. The good people at Wheeler Kyle, Tammy, Chad and Jim helped me through the process. The only small complaint was when they tried to put an iv in me, they used my hand when I asked for my arm. I was jabbed several times to get the vein. It was the worse by far that I have had a very painful experience. Thank you"
