"The people here are almost always very kind, and I appreciate that. However, I am frustrated with their policy of insisting that even returning patients must arrive 20 minutes early for routine appointments. If it’s that important for patients to be there that much earlier, then just set up the appointment for 20 minutes earlier. This was not made clear to me at the time that I scheduled the appointment last month, but rather was communicated via confirmation text two days before the appointment, by which time I had already made plans around the originally appointed time."
