I especially want to thank my nurses navigator Amy H. for working diligently to get me in asap and often even getting an appointment moved up, thanks Amy!"

"Nurses are excellent their only problem the forget about doctor patient privacy and listen to outside family members on patient care the outsider claimed to be a nurse, but her license was suspended for giving wrong meds to a child at summer camp My answer to the response is you also had a nurse at HCA that used to steal the Adderall went to another HCA facility and instead of destroying the medications after someone was discharged would take them home worked at 3 more facilities and now practices in Colorado. So, at 67yrs with medical problems I will let my body heal naturally because they are no oversight or ethics. And the medical profession is no different than the politicians in DC its just about the dollar and cover their own people"

"Very Disappointed with my first visit. Felt like they already established that I will be doing cemo before I met the doctor. Doctor was running behind and when she arrived she was unwilling to listen to me and blew me off. This was scary for me to be in an environment where I have no control over my treatment and have no say so."

"They only care about money and not helping the patient. My mom had insurance through her treatment but the doctor did not give her body time to heal to go back to work so she went back immediately after 5 surgeries, chemo and radiation. They didn't want to fill out fmla forms to allow her to Give her time to heal. The doctor ordered her to have no physical activity the day before and the day after a scan in which she had to call off work which in turn she was fired and lost her insurance. The clinic automatically dropped my mom and canceled all of her follow up appointments. Do not go to this clinic."

"I am receiving a bill from 11/2022 that states the facility of Bates County Memorial hospital. 1st off, I have not seen a Dr in 2 years. 2nd, I do not know where Bates County Memorial hospital is. 3rd, I do not have cancer to my knowledge. Trying to call and get answers is reddiculous. You can't get any numbers to call. Would love to get this cleared up. They are threatening collections...Thanks!"
