"They had no power and I had to go to goodwill instead, only to realize they barely have anything in there. I'd rather shop this store without power than ever go to goodwill again. That's how much I like City thrift."

"To be frank, a lot of the items in this store look like they could easily go straight to the dump (especially the hard goods and electronics), but yet they are charging premium prices. I've read the canned response from management about how they try to "price each item competitively" and "do not always get it right," but give me a break. You can do better. You're getting all this stuff for free. These are used items and should be priced accordingly. I'm really surprised they sell enough to stay in business. I'm providing photo examples of item prices that I thought were pretty ridiculous. Also, they are illegally trying to resell the free USPS boxes. On other fronts, the store is large, the layout is adequate, and the staff is generally friendly. The store in general is pretty dirty, but not the worst thrift store I've seen. It does have one section in the back that looks like they just threw as much random crap on each shelf as they could before it collapses, so I'm not sure what they are going for with that disaster. Anyway, it has a large selection of clothing, but more limited selection of furniture, electronics, and hard goods."

"There is definitely a lot to look through at this store, But it's probably because no one's buying anything for the inflated prices. Everything could go for 50% off And it would still be kind of high in my opinion Especially since everything here was free to them. I was shocked to see a TV That was at least 15 years old going for $70."

"I generally find things here when I go, if I'm shopping for myself or my kids. But the store is always a mess. The book shelves aren't organized or labeled, the clothes racks are a mess and packed tight, the shoesections aren't labeled properly, and lately things are way over priced. The toy sections is closed off and almost inaccessible. You really need to clean things up and have employees on the floor resetting. And for the love of God, lower your prices. If you want to truly want to sell and help the poor and homeless, lower your over priced goods. 69.00 for a used TV is way too much. I'm there for bargains and to save money, not to pay retail prices. I will say the staff are always friendly and helpful."
