"I can’t wait for a canned apology like EVERY other 1-star review. Logistics nightmare. Evidence of ownership, empathy, and accountability are absent. No callbacks on escalations. Packages go multiple weekdays without being scanned. Living up to the worst stereotypes of organized labor. 2 hours per day of pick-up allowed on WEEK days. In these two hours, their best foot forward looks like ignoring customers and texting. I ran the numbers twice: 10 hours per week to pick up packages at a location 20+ miles south of the suburbs."

"Ordered something online, and it was supposed to be delivered today. I'm not sure why the sender put signature release required on it, so I stayed home to sign for it. At 12:30 p.m., the UPS truck pulls up in front of my apartment, and I go to the door to sign for my package. While waiting, I hear the driver banging around the inside of his truck, then he gets in the drivers seat and leaves. I wait until about 4:30 and get a notification saying that an emergency weather situation has caused my package to be delayed. I call UPS and speak to a supervisor at their call center who calls dispatch. I find out nearly 45 minutes later that somebody who can't read loaded it on to another driver's vehicle. The driver of that vehicle was out in the middle of nowhere and not even remotely close to where I live, and he's having to deal with the snow. Long story short, you pay extra for expedited delivery, and this useless center misses delivery dates about 1/2 the time. I'm going to be calling a local TV news station tomorrow asking them to investigate why people can't seem to get their packages on time from this facility. I'm done with their excuses. I never had this many problems when Lenexa handled my deliveries, and I wish this facility would just fail."

"UPS- Edgerton Ks,NO stars is what i would give this place, i've been waiting 5 days for a package that was out for delivery 5 days ago, they keep saying that it's due to emergency weather situation, we'll, i only live 3 miles down the road and the roads have been cleared and everyone is mobile, what is UPS's problem, 3 miles folks and no delivery for 5 days!"

"Yet again, package says out for delivery and I do not receive it. UPS app gives you the ability to track where the driver is at and what do ya know, driver is right by my apartment but conveniently misses my delivery. How does a package get pushed from a 12:15p-3:15 window to then a 7p delivery window to then just not being delivered at all despite driver being 2 blocks over?"

"So UPS didn’t plan well for cyber Monday/Black Friday. My package was supposed to be delivered to my home on Wednesday but it was still stuck in the queue over the weekend due to the fact that there was not enough folks to sort through and deliver packages. So after 5-6 days of calling Amazon and UPS to locate my package, being told it would deliver the next day. I had to stop the ‘scheduled’ delivery and go here to pick it up, even though UPS 800 line said to pick up in Lenexa. Sorry UPS you just fell from my favorite service to one of my least favorite. Classic syndrome of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. So after a trip to The Lenexa facility I was told to come out here, and only available to pick up 2 hours out of each day! That’s convenient!!!! Also please put some customer parking spaces here since this sounds like it may happen again. NOT a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY experience!!!"
