"Come on now, there wasn't even a request for a signature nobody knocked on the door.. These guys said delivery address undelivable. It's an empty signed bottle of transmission fluid, are you serious ? This also isn't the 1st time that I've heard of issues with this Post Office. I don't know what the problem is or why there isn't a problem but I'd much rather just have a PO Box in Joplin. Rather than having to deal with these people at all."
"I moved in about 4 years ago and my delivery person promptly wrote my address on my brand new mailbox with permanent marker. Since that time I’ve gotten about 400 “delivery attempted” messages from Amazon about packages that definitely don’t need signed for. They miss the delivery date almost every single time. FedEx and UPS always deliver on the delivery date. I’m guessing this is some kind of a resource issue like everything else with USPS. It is maddening to not be able to rely on deliver dates given by the seller."
"I have been home since 4:00pm today. Checked on Amazon to see where my package was and it read delivery attempted at 5:01pm. I have to call the person an outright liar. No doorbell rang, no knock at the door, nothing blocking their way other than their outright laziness. I am sick of the terrible service we receive from this location. It used to be top notch many years ago. Even the office is dirty looking. I'm tired of of our mail being delivered to my neighbors and getting the wrong mail. Something needs to change."
"I consistently get other people's mail, not even with my address. I've also had outgoing mail in the box and not picked up for a couple days. My box has a working lid, yet I find it not latched and mail soaked from rain. My opinion, they are too ready for their less than bank hours and don't pay attention to what they are doing. No wonder people avoid paying bills the "old fashion " way."
