"Never called back. Guess they don't want my business. Difficult because theres no other surveyors near me."
"Father in law used them to split 40 acres. They were weeks late to do the survey. Once he filed the paperwork with the recorder of deeds we received a letter from the courthouse saying it was rejected due to paperwork errors by the survey company. He had is lawyer contact them to make the corrections and requested that they reimburse him for the recording of the deeds fee's since he has to pay $54.00 to restart the process. They did fix the paperwork but refused to reimburse the deed fees. I had requested a topographical map of a portion of the property. They gave me 6-8 weeks as the scheduled date, that was mid November and i haven't heard back from them but now that they did that to my father in law i will look elsewhere. When i confronted them about the time frame and the dealings with my father in law all i received was an email that i was being removed from there schedule. Very non professional and lack of customer service."
"Poor service 5 months to survey 50 acres if you are not in a hurry to get the job done this is the company for you. And you are lied to by there employees. I would find someone else to do the job. Not Midland Surveying."
