"My facial service was amazing! My student Paige was so sweet and had fantastic technique. I go to the Elms spa for facials which are typically $220 and the one I received at Skn for under $40 was pretty much identical! However, there were some issues with reception though that caused the 4 stars. The check in wasn't the best as there was a quite a bit of confusion between the poor students, me and another client, mainly due to the receptionist. I also did not get the original facial I was wanting because the students haven't learned it yet. However, my student found a good alternative so it turned out well. However when mentioning this part during check out, I was not entirely pleased with the interaction I had with the receptionist. She was the one I booked with on the phone and she did not mention that it's not available, nor did I know that they had monthly specials (which I found out upon checking out). Overall, I had a good experience and would love to come back for more services. I hope in the future that some of the booking issues at reception will improve and perhaps there will be a good way to view any monthly specials going on!"

"This place is amazing!! Their students are so sweet and professional. My apprentice was Rose and she was wonderful. I got an express facial and eye brow waxing and they curated the facial to what I wanted to focus on which was hydration and then she was very attentive to what I wanted for my brows so they turned out how I wanted. Overall, I will be coming back especially with their prices!! I will also be taking my mom and mother in law as well!"
