"While on vacation, a water line to refrigerator broke. Flooded kitchen, living room, bathroom, and finished basement. Called ServPro, at 4:30pm on a Monday, they were at my home (80 miles south) at 10:30 am Tues. completely dried our floors, walls, and carpets, in less that 3 days, with no signs of mold or mildew. Nate H (crew chief) was very informative. Walked me through what was going on, and what they were looking for. Put plastic down on walkways, and we’re very careful not to disturb any other areas of home. Great communication, would recommend to everyone."
