"What a great company. I am generally a firm believer in the saying “lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine”. I ran out of propane completely a week ago (right after the cold snap hit hardest), and I was desperately trying to find someone who could get us propane quickly. Letterman’s definitely stood up! They managed to get me scheduled far quicker than anyone else I called! From their admin in office, Anita, to the two gentlemen that delivered my propane, I honestly could not be happier. They did all the required testing, inspected my utility closet, and even made sure all pilots were lit and good to go before leaving. They made sure I knew what a leak smells like and how to respond if there ever was one. 5 stars feels like too little. They deserve 10."
