"The driver is lazy & puts in blocked driveway because they refuse to get out of their truck. Another example is that I have a large mail box & they forced a box in there to the point that they cut their hand. There was blood on the box. I thought I was going to break the post I had to pull & tug so hard to get it out. Laziest worker possible!!!!!!"

"We live outside of Holden, but we have a Holden address and are served by the Holden post office. We ordered some items from Amazon as Christmas presents. For some reason our order was split up, and USPS delivered one package, and Amazon the other on the same day. My husband looked at our Amazon account because we knew that both packages were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. The one that was delivered by USPS said that it had been delivered to a "parcel locker". We had absolutely no clue where that could possibly be in Holden, but we decided to check our mailbox first. Nope, not there. So I called Amazon to get the address of this "parcel locker". The address they gave me was my own home address. The nice lady at Amazon was appalled that USPS had lied to her about where it had been delivered. She was willing to either refund or resend my package since they had absolutely no idea where it was. I told her let's wait, since it was USPS that delivered. I would send my husband to USPS on Monday to see if it was there, and if they didn't have it, then I would call back on Monday. Well, yesterday afternoon my husband took our trash out, since our trash service comes really early on Monday mornings. Fortunately he took the trash out, and fortunately it was still light out when he took it out. Because when he opened our trash can to put our bag of trash in it, lo and behold, what did he find but our Amazon package that USPS had delivered. If he hadn't found our package yesterday afternoon when he took out the trash, it would have been thrown away this morning with nobody the wiser when our trash was collected. Apparently our Holden mail carrier thinks that a trash can sitting next to a mailbox is a "parcel locker." We received our package delivered by Amazon with no issues whatsoever. He ALWAYS drives up our driveway to deliver our packages. UPDATE: I spoke with a very nice lady at the Holden Post office this morning shortly after they opened. She let me know that they have customers who do leave Rubbermaid containers out for packages in case of inclement weather, or for driveways that they don't go down due to potholes. I told her that we don't have a "package locker" next to our mailbox, that it is a gravel drive, we do not have potholes, and that he would need to drive up our driveway to deliver packages. She said that she would speak to our carrier and let him know."

"They have repeatedly delivered mail addressed to houses not even on the same road as me. That would also imply that others are receiving my mail. Not good!"

"Worst post office I've experienced since our full time girl Ashley left. Now it's trash. Packages never on time, they'll leave them on top of our mailbox in the rain to avoid putting them in out package box. Hours are horrible. Not much good you can say here."

"I have asked serval times for my packages to be put at my door and it never happens. I have a special needs 2 year old and a lot of times I get his medication by mail and unable to get down to my mail box. I also am disabled and some days are good and most days are extremely hard for me. I miss our old mail carrier, if he seen me outside he would bring me my mail. I have lived here since 2005. Please understand when I ask for my package to brought to my front door, it’s a pretty important package."
