"We've tried to get the same Kubota radiator for 6 weeks. The first one ordered took two weeks and arrived broken due to poor packing and parts being plastic. The 2nd and 3rd radiators took another two weeks each and both were the wrong model for our Kubota RTV and for 2x the price. We've ordered thru a different supplier with Heartland Tractor, hopefully the 4th time is the charm because it will be the last. I know they can't help how Kubota let's them look up parts, so I think 3 stars is fair."
"Best experience I’ve had with a car or equipment dealer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service department was the definition of customer service! My tractor needed serviced and even though I hadn’t bought it from them, they treated me like I was the most important customer they had. I decided to have them take my mower there to be serviced as well and they serviced it and found that my noise I had been hearing was a bearing that was not good anymore. The service manager called me and was honest and upfront the whole time and gave me an estimate for everything they did. I have to say they exceeded my expectations with both transactions! I will be back! If you have a tractor or mower, this is the place you need to take it to be serviced!"
