"I swear the post office gets worse I used to get notifications that my package has been delivered but if my mailbox was too full to Post lady was too lazy to bring it to my door so she would take it back with her and bring back the next day I don't know how many times this happened now you can't get an ETA on a package you're informed delivery service which I've had for over a year just up and quits working won't let you log in tells you they're you know after telling me 3 days ago that my package had right and it is only taking twice as long as it ever has before for some reason for some reason you can't even get them on the phone anymore you try and their computer which doesn't understand half of what you say anyways tells you you're looking at a 40 minute wait just come online for technical support will how can I go online for technical support when it won't let me log into my account because it's telling me it's having technical issues"
"Haven't gotten my mail for the last three days. This happens time and time again and if there are any time sensitive items they can cause problems. I signed up to see what I get every day and know what I should be getting."
"Called Kearney, MO post office 2nd time after I talked to another person yesterday who didn't call me back today. TODAY, spoked to Tracy who is super helpful and customer oriented. The only reason I give this post office a 5 star although this has been my 10+ misdeliveries ever since I moved here. She is one of the best, very quick at taking care of me. Thanks again for personally making the trip out to correct things. Words of advices, I recommend postal office employees be more careful when delivering mail or packages to residents in avoiding too much problems. Please pay attention to street names rather just the number only. Maybe additional trainings would be helpful"
