"I can't say enough about how incredible my training experience has been over the last couple of weeks! Everybody at MOCAT is absolute gold!!! I thought I was just coming for training, but found something I wasn't expecting.... a support system and comradery that I'd even say is more like my MOCAT family! Truly! The days are PACKED with training, but they make it surprisingly fun; it's incredible how their methods help you to both stay engaged, but also retain the information. The instructors are so helpful and friendly, patient and happy to help! If you are looking into becoming an insurance adjuster, an online certificate and a license mean absolutely nothing if you can't get on the rosters, or if you are, to be the ones they call. While I was here, several AI firms came to visit with us during our training, HOPING for us to contact THEM! MOCAT has worked REALLY hard to establish a reputation in the industry, training people and preparing them in a way that AI firms are looking for. This is a challenging career....literally helping people get their lives back after life-changing, catastrophic events! I know that it would be too overwhelming for me to try and tackle that without adequate preparation and training; and I DEFINITELY know it would be much more difficult without a support system/family like MOCAT during those times!
