"I took classes back in 2022 when Caleb taught them. Katie and Caleb created the class content to really help you pass the exam. There are a lot of real-world experiences that you might find and try to listen to, but a lot of it will not help you pass the exam. Treat this like any high school or college course where you know almost nothing. Memorize, ask questions, get help understanding and take the practice tests provided over and over until you "get it." Then, after you pass the class, learn all you can from your Broker, pod casts, reading material, etc... This was at least my mindset going into it, especially after working in property management. Overall, it was a pleasure getting to know Caleb and Katie. I do miss Caleb and continue to wish Katie the best. If you're thinking about getting your Real Estate license, I'd recommend this school!"
