"I went to that school pre k to 9th grade and I had a HORRIBLE experience! I got bullied and the school did NOTHING about it! They didn't even teach cursive and I can BARELY tell time on a regular clock because they barely taught it. I'm 15 I should know these things! HOLLISTER IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER!!"

"My children came from first a private school background, then a homeschool background.... none of us were sure they were prepared for public school. We checked around to all the high schools in the area and after a great tour and introduction to many of the outstanding educators we knew Hollister High was for us. The caliber of educator at HHS cannot be compared in any school system, public or private. The educators there seem to take on a philosophy that if education is fun and interesting it won't matter and they are SO CORRECT as my children have fallen in love with subjects I never EVER thought would happen. I love hearing my kids come home from school excited to share with me information they learned in history, science, business etc The enthusiasm that the educators have about their subjects and the topics they teach spreads to the students and they learn by that excitement. Before moving into any other local school system, check out Hollister, you won't be disappointed - we aren't (and we are a family of child/teen therapists so we are picky)."
