"Context: I'm a 35 year old male taking lessons for the first time. It's been just over a month since I started voice and piano lessons with Maple Leaf Music Company. After a month, I feel fully confident in this rating and review. Maple Leaf Music Company lessons has been an awesome experience for me from start to present. When I first reached out on Facebook, Kasey was quick to respond. She answered all of my questions (YES they do teach adults!) and got me set up for an audition with instructor Cole Mckinney. After the audition, I signed up for piano and voice lessons. I was nervous about taking lessons, but Cole is an awesome instructor. He's incredibly patient, and knows so much about music it's crazy! Plus, Cole always takes the time to break down concepts and understand exactly what I need help with or want to work on. Just today, Cole helped me overcome a challenging part of a song I've been learning to play for a couple of weeks. After leaving, I went home, practiced for just a bit, and finally could play the part I struggled with. After my first month, I came back for more because the experience is totally worth it. There is zero chance that I'd be progressing as fast as (I think) I am without working with a live instructor. Overall, I'm having a great time and learning so much, and not just how to play and sing either. I've also learned a lot of music theory, music history, technical concepts, and stuff you probably won't ever hear about unless you speak with someone who does this for a living. So my rating is 5 stars. Maple Leaf Music Company is awesome. Thanks!"

"We ordered stuff off of Wish.com and this was where it was shipped. Guess it was cheaper for shipping or something. Course we had to drive over from Joplin to Carthage, so I guess there wasn't much money saved after all. Kinda silly, but hey, my wife did it all so that shoulda told me something. LoL! We didn't shop in the music store at all, so I have no opinion of it, other than it was nice of them to receive our shipping orders. Thanks Maple Leaf Music Co."

"Attempted contact numerous times. Business hours are bogus. When the building was found open, a nice lady from a separate business housed in same building helped me by calling the lady responsible. She insisted I call first so that my package can be located and brought downstairs. Im not impressed Wish. I dont want a refund, I want what was ordered. Its been over 60 days. You are delinquent and irresponsible in not publishing the businesses hours. Phone number(s) or your so called 15 day time limit on pickup.there has been no notification of this window stated."

"This is a wonderful company for vocal and instrument lessons! Kacey Baugh, the owner and one of the instructors, is an absolute angel with her students! Our entire family absolutely adores her!"
