"Unless you can handle rude, nasty, zero people skills and someone telling you is her way or no way.. then I wouldn't recommend this place.. this is the only lady that can take an individual that has had a cdl for 15 years, was only there to get a restriction taken off their class A cdl license, by the end of it this lady will have you wanting to throw your hands up and say screw the cdl you've had for 15 years!! She's rude, she's condescending, she uses an older truck in the back yard of her home, out of an out building with no facilities and no place to relieve yourself unless you wait for break to go to the gas station.. very unprofessional place for charging each individual 1k apiece, you'd think they could update their business after 20+ years!!"
"This is the best place to waste your money. Donnette has an extremely nasty disposition, is rude, and is condescending! She operates out of a one room shack ín her family's back yard! That is, unless you like peeing outside next to a delapidated RV due to not having any facilities. Not only lacking any people skills, she has zero ability aa an instructor and should really find something else to do. For to the other place in the area. So some research. Ho to the only place on Missouri where you can certified on site after training. I promise you will be so thankful you did. You will be treated with the utmost respect.You won't find any better people or training. Learn from my mistake and shy away from same day CDL."
