"Very difficult bank. Most online transactions fail midway due to system errors. Can’t receive paper statements, have tried through settings numerous times, keeps giving messages that “try again later, experiencing problems…”"

"I’ve been a customer at this bank and have always loved the customer service Kelsie (Manager) as well as the entire teller line, drive through, and platform bankers. However, two days ago, I called and asked for the manager to assist me with a transaction, this had never been an issue before, but this day it was. Jason, the new manager, who was very rude and condescending to me on the phone. He said he could not assist me, but said he could help me in another way. I called back and he told me one of his bankers would have to help me, then came back on the line and said he could not help me. I called customer service, who assisted me, however, I have always liked dealing with the bank. Also, dealing with helpful, friendly, and courteous staff. I’m very disappointed and feel Jason needs to learn a little bit more about professionalism, helpfulness, and being respectful and courteous."

"Today at approximately 2pm cst, I came in to do a very important business wire transfer. I provided the teller my physical phone so that she could properly add the correct information for the transfer. She still got the transfer incorrect causing us to have to redo the transfer a total of THREE times and even chuckled as if it was funny. After being told that the wire would be sent shortly and that Is receive an email with the receipt I left to finish running my errands. At 4:09pm cst i got a call and an email alerting me that my wire could not take place because there were questions regarding the wire. I immediately drove back to the bank to find out what was going on and was told that once again, the teller entered the information incorrectly and that I would have to come back to resubmit the wire on Monday. My business will suffer significantly due to this error. I’m truly outraged at the lack of professionalism I’ve encountered today."

"I went in there after not getting much sleep and still not sure what I had to do after having my online banking compromised and talking to the fraud department yesterday. And the girl who helped me open new accounts (Alexis) was polite and knowledgeable. I feel she went above and beyond in helping me with card member services and tech support. It really made an unpleasant experience easier for me."

"My business is across the street and every single one of my girls that tries to go through the drive thru waits 20+ minutes. Every. Time. Today, not only were they understaffed and I waited 30 minutes, but I watched 2 cars that pulled up AFTER ME leave before me. Terrible service. You think they’d get a clue by now."
