Shelly gave no warning, no legal guidance or advice, just dropped the client right as the case is set to go to trial and simply said "you will need to find new counsel,. The client even apologized and requested her to reconsider her decision. Request was denied with no further explanation or guidance. Client has always made payments and kept in communication with Shelly's firm on any major information and always sought her legal guidance when an issue arose. I reconsidered using Shelly based off of witnessing this experience. I do not think it was handled professionally at all."
