"Well I can say for sure do not use them, especially Alexis Jordan. She asks what you want and when you tell her, you get a letter saying she's withdrawing from your case. She's worthless. She also has less than a year experience from what I read. No wonder she withdrew. She's a joke. I'll make sure this goes on Google maps for anyone looking for a family lawyer. It's pathetic and unprofessional that's for damn sure. Asking her to ask a judge for a simple lie detector test is not that hard to do especially if I'm willing to pay for it. Wow, just wow."

She seems to be more worried about representing the state rather than her client. She has not kept me informed throughout this case. They will continue to harass you about your payment ,they will make you do majority of the work so they have lease amount of stuff to do as possible, extremely overpriced for anything they do!!!! "DON’T DO IT!!! We paid $2000 retainer fee to Alexis Jordan for a child custody case. She then gave us some really bad advice. When trying to reach her by phone to tell her we strongly disagreed with what she had proposed she was either out or on the other line. Only after my persistent calls I was finally able to speak to someone. I left message with a paralegal pertaining to the case. She then assured me Alexis would be in the office the following day to take my call. I followed up the next morning and afternoon only to have the secretary rudely tell me the lawyer will get back to me when she’s available. That was more than I could take. I fired her on the spot. That’s when the secretary told me I couldn’t do that. The client had to call them directly. (WHAT A JOKE!) I reminded them that it’s my money. When the CLIENT called back to fire them again, the secretary said she was going to charge for all the phone calls we made to them. Alexis Jordan lacks experience and professionalism. The Law office of the Ozarks has poor and questionable businesses practices. Alexis didn’t following up with the client to reassure him that she indeed has a good game plan and was taking steps to defend the best interests of her clients. When the Client called to get a refund on the retainer the secretary said we would have to wait to the end of the month. Then hung up. Anything they write in response to this review will be a lie. No excuses! They did nothing for us but took our money. This can not be the exception folks! We are still waiting for our refund. Go somewhere else. You have been warned. I will be reporting on them soon."
