"Must be nice to be the only bus service available so you can run your business however you please and act like you're always in the right. 2 weeks was the wait time to get my child on the bus, irritating but okay. But then, surprise, surprise, they didn't pick my child up on the very first day. We waited for 25 minutes on a dangerous corner just for me to give up and take him to the school. When I called to get an explanation Easton Bus says it's my fault, the bus driver was there for 10 minutes, and then left. That's a bold face lie, I was there. I hope EASTON BUS understands very clearly, that parents are entrusting you with our most precious possession and you are very irresponsible with them. How many kids are gonna get lost or left before someone steps in and does something about the ownership of easton bus services?"

"Must live in the goldilocks zone to get on their buses. Their routes are outdated and there seems to be a lack of effort to actually help the community in these times of a pandemic. They charge family's and put them on long waiting lists due to limited seating. OUR COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER!"
