"I would rate it at a 0.1, but it won't let me. I honestly don't mind how stupid the majority of the people here are, but there a some days where I can't even begin to understand half of the stuff that comes out of their mouths. The food is gross, some of the teachers are rude, and the amount of complaints I hear about evrything else is way too much to type out. The school is fine overall, it's just the way people handle problems here that irritates me."

"Food is in fact not on point. Fun fact: it tastes terrible. Hallways are too crowded, I keep getting bumped into, run over, poked in the elbow, flicked in the ear, I can't find my mom here. Where is she? I want to go home. 10/10 would learn again. P.S. Play Station"

"I love this school. I grew up in Leavenworth and attend LHS. We have one of the best ROTC programs in the country, we've been to state for basketball 3 years in a row, and we achieve excellency in academic areas such as state testing and SAT scores. If you want to go somewhere in life come here, if not, you should still come here."

"Is the best school i have ever been!! JROTC program is SAVAGE!! Is fun there they teach you very well i recommend it to join it they have alot of teams there and they are fun. Teachers treat you very nice so ignore the bad comments. People are very friendly."

"It's great. Everything about it is great. If you want to be successful come to leavenworth highschool. If you'd rather flip patties all day then you can go elsewhere. LHS offers an abundance of Advanced Placement courses and Club/Activities. In addition we have one of the best ROTC programs in Kansas. LHS is NOT cliquey at all. We offer a Pioneer Mentor program lead by upperclassmen for new students and freshman to feel comfortable and have a great highschool experience. Everyone is accepted here and no one is shut down because they don't play a sport or because they dress differently. It's truly a great place I encourage everyone to come here."
