"What a sorry business to let employees threaten to assault people and call them a thief for trying to do the right thing over a trailer hitch was gonna take it to front office just incase someone left it on accident because Ik those types of trailer hitch’s are not cheap it was in same spot for a few days"

"I was staying at the quality inn at jesup ga, one of YOUR employees in a white pick up truck, number 816 had left a toe hitch in the walking patch, I tripped over it, when I went to move it and take it to the front office, when he came out of the room and threatened to assault me. He was a heavy set white man, with a beard and a shaved head. Dot number is 650935. He was in room 102, I hope this isn't how your employees behave on a regular basis. This occurred on March 6th 2024 at 645pm"

"Crew cut the cable wire while they were working attempted to splice it and bury without telling me. Watch them do this twice. Advised them that I had called spectrum to have someone come out to repair correctly. As long as they did not attempt to bury the wire internet was working. They have finally stopped try to bury and are leaving it exposed so spectrum can see what is wrong. This took several conversations with them and two different conversations with some one on the phone to get this point. Would help greatly to have someone fluent in the English language on your work crews so these issues can be addressed when they occur. Have a concern that had I not been home they would have spliced and buried the wire without letting us know this is what happened On a side note yesterday they cut the electrical service wire for my next door Nieghbor."

"I've been trying to contact this company to file a complaint plaint against the contractors that went around our neighborhood knocking doors. One of their employees came to our hours 3 times. Twice within 30 minutes around 8 and 830am. Another time at 3 pm. The first two times they rang our doorbell and then walked away, the last time they rang our doorbell and proceeded to sit there and taunt our dogs through the window. I could hear them through our door camera bashing against the window everytime the guy taunted them. Because of this stranger riling our dogs up for no apparent reason, since they didn't leave a card or any note to why they were at our door when we have a clearly posted no soliciting sign. Our blinds were broken and battered when we got home, and now I have to replace them. Anytime this company is in our neighborhood, I will be making it a point to harass them with equal tenacity."
