"I’m not a harsh reviewer but this attorney was a mess. He dropped my case because of knowledge “he didn’t know about”, a year into our case, even though he was MY attorney. He said because of one fact (not knowing the biology of my children in relation to my x husband) he would have to redo the entire case and charge me to start all over. How does my own attorney not know simple facts of my children in a divorce case… oh yeah, I was never asked. I was given 10 stacks of paperwork to fill out alone in a room at my first “meeting”. He never answers texts or calls. I don’t know technical things. That’s why I hired him. I feel like a ton of information, had he ever had meetings or calls with his client could’ve been covered but they weren’t. This is who I’d hire if I want to get a parking ticket wrote off. Public defender type of concern and care. Do not come here for a serious, in depth case. You will be to blame for his lack of attention to detail or knowledge of his case / clients. In response to the response. I didn’t know having a child we raised together for 10 years in a marriage with a legal name change was not correct information. I assumed the paper stating “children of divorce” would include the children we raised for their entire lives. Nobody was there to explain any of the paperwork. Had I not included her, and he tried getting custody as a step parent of her her ENTIRE life I could’ve been wrong in that sense also. I don’t know how divorce and the law works. Had we met once in a year I feel it would’ve been brought up. Sadly, we didn’t meet once. Most of my text and calls were not answered. Nothing was “lied” about. My x husband knows the biology of our four kids. He raised a child he clearly knew wasn’t his for 10 years. Why would I purposely lie about something. I clearly didn’t understand that she wouldn’t also be included in the discussion of our marriage. I was EXTREMELY open about every little detail, screenshots etc. why would I want to mess up my own case. Your accusation of me lying is pretty disgusting. You know the situation was not a lie but a clear misunderstanding because I was not aware she would be excluded from our divorce when all I knew of our marriage was her being involved in it. So “children of divorce” in my head made sense to write her down."

"This guy is a joke. He knew the judge was bias, and did nothing to protect his client. Know why Joy refused to testify? Cause it would have been a class D Felony on her part. Subpoenaed phone records from Straight Talk showed I contacted her office several times, and she only called me 3 times. Also, your client said same thing I did. And to stand there, while a woman loses her freedom, to a crooked system, knowing full well, it's not what she wants or in her best interest, all while a judge shows he will protect the Public Administrator from Misdemeanor Purgery. You're not a lawyer, you're a crook."
