About the Business
The YouthConnect Center (YCC) is a drop-in center located at 425 West McDaniel Street in Springfield, Missouri. Catering to school-aged youth between 13-18 years old, the YCC works to remove barriers that prevent young people from accessing necessary community resources. By collaborating with various service providers and offering a safe environment for youths and their families, the YCC aims to provide valuable opportunities that instill pride and accomplishment in young individuals while respecting their families and caregivers. Currently, the center is hosting a Sock and Undie Drive to support children in need. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be made through various channels such as the Amazon wishlist. "Absolutely 1,000% amazing please help if you can best place to volunteer helping Kids That could be homeless For living in deplorable home lives They provide food They provide shelter a fun place to be game room, large TV for the kids play their video games Or watch TV They have free clothing & shoes for the kids So if you have anything to donate it will go for an amazing cause to support these ( unsupported kids ) The director is amazing woman Abby I love Abby she cares about the kids You couldn't ask for any better She has a great team on her side to help her she doesn't do this just alone They have a washing machine and dryer for the Kids They have a place to get snacks and drinks they give him one meal a day. They always need extra food and meals to be delivered so they can feed the kids ( you would have to contact them for this ) They have showers so the kids can stay clean Actually I would give it a 10 if 10 was available"
