"So many roaches in my apt, its affordable but not worth it.. would not recommend it. RUDE and MEAN NEW LADIES that works in the office. i called and asked question about the key for the Parcel locker in the office and this lady says “i don’t know what youre talking about? just come down to the office” like for what to waste my time??!! like forreal is this how they treat your tenants?! its not that hard to be nice or replying our emails. if you don’t love your jobs, just quit. Ughhh i cant wait to move out!!!!"

"They are out to collect money from application fees and don't want any more black people moving in. I completed an application for the updated 2b/2b two weeks ago. Peggie finally called me yesterday 5/19 and said my application has been denied because" I have a rental account on my credit from 2013 saying I owe them $271". The apartment they named, I never held a lease there, and I explained this several times and was told to contact the Area Manager, Heather since she's the one that denied my app. (s/n Peggie was understanding and wanting to work through this issue, I know she believes me). I contact Heather today, and explained that I never leased from that property before and that I was a fraud victim so maybe that had something to do with it. (Peggie said she saw the fraud alerts on my background and credit but Heather claims she didn't) I've been leasing since 2014 and NEVER heard of a property being "on my credit" before. I currently hold a lease that's in good standing as well... Heather belittled me and talked down on me I guess because the apartment that "showed up on my credit" was public housing. She told me "why are you in a rush to move anyway if you claim you have good rental history where you live", which was very disrespectful because it doesn't matter why I'm moving. I have a great credit score, great income, no evictions.. and I meet all of the qualifications. She is being prejudice. The leasing office of this "account" is closed due to Covid-19 as well so I couldn't get verification from them... Heather said "well, I guess you gotta wait until they open but I can't lease to you" .Very rude and disrespectful. I have excellent rental history... this shouldn't have been a factor at all! I can tell that she wanted me to beg her for the apartment. So just be careful when applying to these apartments!!! Heather is prejudice and just want your $40 app fee. I will be calling someone to report this as well."

"Cabana Club Apartments are somewhat older units yet very well constructed. It's quiet here and the grounds are well kept. Management and maintenance staff are polite, responsive and dedicated to keeping everything in A-1 working order. Amenities include a beautiful pool and immaculate pool house for showers. You also get a FREE storage unit, a huge plus. Living room and bedrooms are large and vertical blinds keep them dark or admit plenty of daylight, your choice. There's quick access to several highways from here. Cabana Club is definitely worth checking out."

"Moved here a little over four months ago. I may not be the best reference as this is my first apartment but as a childfree person who just needed a one bed, one bath...I don't have much in the way of complaints. Things are generally quiet around here in the morning/evening (a must because I work nights) and the maintanence people are all nice and friendly. No problems with bugs/insects/rodents either and it hasn't been difficult to keep my space clean. Considering most 1 bed/1 baths seem to rent much higher in neighboring areas, this has been nice."

"Cabana Club is a nice place to live. Leasing Agent Lisa is helpful and nice. She makes sure things get done. I also had a wonderful experience with a maintenance worker named James. He addressed my sink issue immediately. He fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional. I thank the staff for all they do."
