"Eric and his firm lied to me for a year and a half on my work comp case. He had me t are high interest annuity loans on a case he never filed! Bills piled up, we lost everything, he had me in multiple fake meetings for court where I waited in a conference room while he pretended to meet with opposing counsel and the judge. He falsified documents, forged signatures, his firm covered for him. I blew the whistle on December 17, 2019 and he was fired that day. Never recovered all our losses and still suffering from the financial devastation."

"Eric Roby took my case pursuing Workplace Harrasment. It was a strong case with very good odds of winning. However, after 2 years that involved a legitimate Mediation Meeting, I was told the case will go to court and he said he would fight for a much better settlement than was offered during the mediation. Eric Roby carried me to 2 more mediations and told me each time to sit in a conference room and allow him to go in to defend me because he knew how much I feared my ex-emplorer. I admit, I have PTSD from working at this company. So, keeping me away from them seemed normal. So after 2 more years of being strung along , being lied to, waiting for court dates and trying to be patient, Eric Roby drove me to yet another Mediation! Again, I was taken to a conference room. Within 10 minutes he returned and said "let's go" , they only offered $10,000 more and I told them we are not waiting and he will see them in Court!" LIES ALL LIES! We went back to his office and i drove home, never hearing from him again! Another year ended and nothing happened! I found through going back to his office , he had been fired! The lawyer that recommended him investigated the case and told me that my Employers Attorney had the case throw out because we did not appear! ONE ENTIRE YEAR earlier in January 2019! So, the 2 fictitious mediation meetings were LIES! I had been through years of emotional abuse from my own lawyer! NEVER USE HIM! OH one more thing...He also filed against them for Sex Abuse NOT Workplace Harrasment! I had 5 other women to testify how they were treated the same way. Guess what else...in order to sue Eric Roby for Legal Malpractice, it would have to be a *winable case* ! He filed on something that I never agreed to BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THAT WAS THE HOT TOPIC at the time perhaps! Who will ever know! For all I know he may have taken a pay-off to screw this up! THAT is exactly what he did...screwed things up! Obviously Eric Roby was a very crooked lawyer!"

"Had a workers comp claim, he paid me part of it then had me sign stating that I would receive a remaining 2500 still from the company's insurance. He would respond once a month but I never received the remainder of the money and he was then fired from that law firm. Still haven't seen the rest of my money and the firm stated that he lied and I wouldn't have received a separate payment. He's a con artist at best."

"Eric lied to me for 5 years on my lawsuit, telling me I had been awarded 500,000 dollars then quit his job and come to find out he had never even filed with the arbitrator. He is a bad person but comes off like he is good and knows what he’s doing. Do not use him!"
