"From my experience Ms. Scruggs is very unprofessional. Once she is retained & has her $, she doesn’t communicate until you have to make a court appearance. She takes on cases she has zero experience in, like she did my relative & we lost our case. Because she didn’t know what she was doing, she brung in more professional lawyers AT LAST MINUTE (day before trial) for help & she failed to pay one of the people she called in for help. She strugggled in the courtroom to accurately defend my relative. She struggled to question & cross examine people on the stand. She also convinces you of actions she will take but often doesn’t & she just tries to get the case out the way as fast as she can. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing & you want a fighter, PLEASE take your money elsewhere & save yourself the time & distress."

"Natasha Scruggs is very very very unprofessional when it comes to communication. She doesn’t answer any of the phone calls nor does she respond to any of your emails. You can call the office and they will be friendly towards you and let you know that they will tell her it’s urgent and she will give you a call back, but she won’t. My case had been over for about 3 weeks and I tried to contact her regarding what the courts filed my case as - I ended up having to tell my job that I was convicted of a felony and it was a mistake that she could have reverted back to the charge it was supposed to be which was a misdemeanor due to the clerk entering it in wrong. I ended up getting fired a couple of days later which could have all been fixed if she had responded to my calls and emails.
