"Horrible!! Basement flooded at least 10 times and they did nothing for 3+ months. They then charged us nearly our whole deposit for ruining the carpets.The condition of the furnace is horrible and maintenance was atrocious."

"I've been at Forest Lake for coming up to 6 months now and I am very happy with my apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Management are really friendly and always there to help. Maintenance is always available and always around making improvements. With the current situation they have been proactive and always thinking about residents safety. The location is perfect and its really quiet! The only improvement I can think of to make living here better would be to fix up the play area."

"I love my apartment so much. My place is so spacious and roomy, it really feels like home. It's a complete day and night difference from my old place in a nearby complex. Becky and the staff here at Forest Lake are amazing, understanding and helpful. Becky, the leasing agent is so easy to talk to and accommodating. Paul from maintenance, is so sweet and very fast when it comes to maintenance calls. The team works hard to keep the grounds clean and groomed. I haven't had one single issue since moving in over a year ago. If I could, I'd live here forever!"

"My wife and I and small daughter moved in 2 years ago and have really enjoyed our stay. The place is kept very clean and management has made constant improvements during those 2 years (new shrubbery and landscaping, patios and screen doors among other things). My wife is a bit of a germaphobe and we have had bad experiences in past living situations. Forest Lake has been very well maintained and I have even recommended it to friends and family. It is a very family friendly place to live with a great location as well."
