"Love the Manager. However the bank is changing directions: no Customer service access after hours and weekend's/ week nights. Recently opened account with USBank and the bank called me one late Sunday evening with an alert. If I have questions on a Saturday or evenings they are available for assistance. Will sorely miss a couple of Nixa employees."

"My son went in there and the one that handles account forced him in to opening up an account. Not to mentioned a couple years ago the same one gave out my account info with only my name on my account to a family member that has an account with me as well. So not happy.
