"I was very nervous going to a pro bike shop with my Walmart special Schwinn. They made me feel very welcome and weren’t judgmental at all. My seat post got stuck inside of my frame today after I tried to adjust my seat. They spent about 20 minutes working on it and finally got the post to come out. They even tightened up my rear hub that was loose from the factory! I bought a saddle and a water bottle holder and they mounted and adjusted them for me! I’m looking at an e-bike to replace the Schwinn. I’m definitely going to buy from here! What excellent service!!!"

"Daughter’s 11th birthday gift from Grandma was a new Bike. A friend recommended we go to Sunset Cyclery. Great move. This is a great bike shop. They were extremely helpful. We ended up ordering a bike due to her being so picky, but they were extremely helpful and got a bike ordered. I highly recommend coming in here if you need a bike or need work done on your bike."

"These guys are great! Super friendly crew. Very welcoming atmosphere. Loads of bikes and gear. Great communication during my visit and the follow-up call to let me know what's going on with the bike. About the bike: I took it in for a mystery sound in the rear wheel and they got it sorted for me. It ended up being the rear spokes. Only cost $20 to true the wheel, which is insanely cheap. While fixing that, they informed me of a couple other maintenance things I should look out for in the future, which I love because I don't really pay attention to those things - so it's nice to know they have your back. They are not pushy or salesy and you get a feeling that they are just looking out for you. Happy I gave them a shot. Definitely my new go-to bike shop!"
