"“Mr. King” is a terrible person to talk to on the phone. All he does is belittle you and make you feel stupid. Was asking questions because I was confused and didn’t know what was going on. The whole time on the phone he was irritated like I made him upset. Said “it’s common sense” to me after asking a valid question. Be careful dealing with this company"

"Husband was attempting to pay off a debt. Was given a 60 day time limit to pay and called on day 58. Matt refused to help, stating that he needed to call back in 30 days, which was not possible. Called another number and got transferred back to Matt who stated that they didn’t have my case, he needed to take that as an answer, call back in 30 days, and hung up on my husband after he requested to speak with someone else. Called back and the receptionist was super sweet but ultimately couldn’t help with much considering she was just a receptionist, so she transferred us back to Matt who then was civil and respectful. Assuming Matt got his butt chewed, rightfully so. He makes that office seem like a joke."

"Waiting on a call back but This company drained 3 of my bank accounts and an account that I manage for an 84 year old man that is not related to me. They did this at 6pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend without any notice, garnishments, served papers, etc. my husband cannot get his diabetes medicine which is $1100 because they took every penny out of every account. How is this legal? We have never missed a payment and have perfect credit. How can a company do this to you?"
