"Started my account there a few days ago. At first, it was weird not seeing tellers. But by the time I left, I LOVED the entire "personal banker" experience. Ashlee Rummel actually made a somewhat mundane task fun. By the time I left, I felt like I had made a friend. I would absolutely recommend this bank. They definitely put the hometown in hometown banking."

"I have been with Mid Missouri Bank since 2019 and although initially we were happy with the service they provided us but as the years have gone on, I unfortunately have noticed significant decline especially regarding their customer service. I am disappointed in the amount of times both my husband and I have left feeling defeated and un-helped. They even refused to cash my husbands check even though we are MEMBERS. I don't know one person that wants to walk into a business and made to feel less than, that has been our exact experience with Mid MO. They have a sign inside that says "find a bank that works for you not a bank you work for", I feel that is deceiving because our experience has been just that. I write this in hopes of maybe preventing someone else from having a similar experience."

"Worst banking experience EVER! First they didn’t want to let me take MY money out of the bank. Then instead of it being between me and a banker, they had to get everyone in the building involved, treated me like I was senile because I wanted my money to invest. Tried to borrow $7,000, which I was going to immediately payoff in less than a week, to return my investment plus an additional $51,000 back into the bank. Despite putting up a vehicle worth twice the loan value and having a very good credit rating, they declined to loan me the money based on rumor, speculation and conjecture. Do yourself a favor and run away from doing business with this bank. Terrible customer service."
