"I had to make a call and they were very polite and professional. Picking up medicine is easy as well they have a drive through too."

"Got a call about a prescription needing to be picked up or else. They can send a text to tell you to fill your scripts but cannot send one to tell you they are ready. Asked about pending refills, and pharmacist chuckled about how they are out of stock. Show up a few minutes before close, and they are shutting down. Same pharmacist that was on phone told me to come back tomorrow. Not all people who work have Walmart Pharmacy friendly work schedules. Irritated, since I was given a threat over the phone, mentioned that I will transfer to another pharmacy, the pharmacist laughed at me. Sad to think that this branch of health care is starting to become not patient friendly."

"I am no fan of stores like Walmart. But they earned my loyalty to their pharmacy long ago and I have used them for over 20 years. The staff is friendly, tech savvy, trustworthy and consistently efficient in my experience. I have no plans to make a change. Why would I when they are gettin'er done?"

"It feels weird to love the Walmart Pharmacy, but I do. I started with them years ago, left to go somewhere else probably due to a one time tiny inconvenience that caught me on the wrong day. I have been, admittedly, a pharmacy tramp. No, not with the pharmacists. I have been to Price Chopper, CVS, and Walgreens. I can’t even get into it with those three so I made my way back to Gardner Walmart Pharmacy. They are always friendly, prompt, and remember me. I think there is maybe one unfriendly person, but I think she gets busy and doesn’t handle that well, so I tell her to smile. Just kidding, only weirdos do that. Thank you Walmart Pharmacy for being my favorite in a town of pharmacy’s. I hope you all get compensated well for your work. If not, I’ll do my best to be patient and kind. You all work hard."

"I got a call on the 29th from the pharmacy from an older lady saying they did not have what my doctor prescribed me and tried to get me to buy something over the counter instead. When asking if they can order it in, I'll wait the extra day, she was NOT happy about it and was very short and rude but said she will. Fast forward to today, the 30th, I waited and waited after being told it would come in today and at 5pm when I didnt hear anything, I called back and asked about it. A different lady, a younger person, answered and after looking (after I asked to make sure it was ordered), the older lady from yesterday never actually ordered it in. This lady, who I won't name but can happily describe to anyone that is familiar with this pharmacy, has constantly been the rudest person to go to for years (even before covid) and felt like I was bothering her with asking for what my doctor wanted me to take."
