"We've been with US Bank for a long time, but we are very dissatisfied. The banking hours are impossible to work with, their online transaction cutoff is 6pm. When I call I'm on hold for long periods of time only to be told I have to call a different branch because they don't transfer between checking account and credit card banking. The local bank can't do anything on the credit card side besides taking payment for credit cards. Other banks are much more convenient and user oriented."

"I carefully choose this bank after reviewing a number of considerations pre-pandemic, and think I would still love it now if things were the same. But several locations have closed, the lobbies are closed, the bank hours are curtailed to a point of inconvenience, half the car lanes are not open because of short staffing, and the ATM is often down. I like the existing staff and really want to like this bank, but I struggle to find a reason to stay with them."
