"terrible, all the floors squeak all the time it was really very difficult to sleep, the rent is not cheap, when your contract ends they always look for a way not to return the deposit they even charged us more than $400 extra charge that they invented cleaning things etc etc when we spent 1 whole day cleaning to leave it as it was, without giving the option to debate why, the day before the move we told them to go check the apartment before handing over the keys so that they could verify that everything was clean and in order and they said no, that was fine. (It's obvious that there will always be wear and tear on things, and if it's fair that they charge you only for some damage you've actually done) I would only choose this place if there was no other place to live. The only good thing was the girl who works in the office, very friendly and ready to help."

"Would not recommend. These apartments are cheap for a reason! You can hear every single neighbor around you. Listen to the reviews no matter how old, things have not changed. It’s a decent place to live but you’re promised things that are not accurate. Very many things have gone on between the almost 4 months living here."

"DO NOT live here, listen to the bad reviews. i can hear my neighbors pee stream in his toilet, sneeze, talk, walk. the walls are so so thin. The floors creak like crazy, my upstairs neighbor is a night owl and is always doing crazy stuff in the middle of the night so i have to sleep with literal ear plugs in. my heat wasn’t working the first 3 1/2 months i was here, while it was negative degree weather outside. i put in MANY maintenance requests and each time, they came up with an excuse so they didn’t have to do the work. Until the very recent one, said i need all new insulation and a new HVAC machine, also mentioned all the previous workers were just being lazy and didn’t want to actually put in the work. He let my roomate and i look inside at how bad the holes in the insulation were, HORRIBLE. so noticeable, if any of the other maintaince people in the past 3 months would’ve just done their job right and shine a flashlight in the back, it would’ve been noticed and my apartment wouldn’t have been 50 degrees & lower, while it was -10 degrees outside. they wouldn’t give us any compensation for our heat bill being SO HIGH from trying to stay warm. When they did finally come install a new HVAC, the floor was ROTTING!!! had to wait another day or 2 for them to replace the floor underneath the HVAC. On top of that, the tub doesn’t drain well, it smells horrible in the complex’s, looks worse. All the wood is falling apart. I had company over the other day and i’m on the second floor, he said it feels like he could fall through at any point. NONE of the doors lock other than the front door and their isn’t even a deadbolt, not even the bathroom locks! theirs grease stains all over the white kitchen paint. the dishwasher always smells weird. the dryer sometimes doesn’t dry all the way, i have to use very small loads. if i look behind my dryer their is a forest of lint stuck to the side of the walls and the ceiling. i can’t get back their to clean it or else we would’ve done that a long time ago. i know theirs more i’m forgetting but im sure you made your decision on weather to live here or not by now. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! i regret taking my chances with this place. 0 out of 5 stars if i could."

"Overall a very good apartment complex, leadership and community management is very respectful and prompt with getting things done. Very affordable living in todays market. Some of the rooms and amenities still aren’t the most up to date. For simple, easy, affordable living, this is the place to go. Great location as well!"
