"Steadily went down hill after the buyout. Two months ago they misplaced a medication, last month they short changed me with the same medication and misplaced another medication. Today it took over 30 minutes to get a prescription of 16 pills. After being a loyal customer for several years, it abruptly ended! Not the type of service I came to trust, also a huge change in staff in a short time didn’t help matters. Buyouts and mergers aren’t always a good thing! Use them as an example! Good riddance!"
"Over charged us an then treated us very rude. Stating that the price paid prior 2 months “somebody must of charged u wrong” this very hateful remark came straight from pharmacist mouth. Very rude very unprofessional an just an all around unpleasant visit. I will not be doing any further business with this place. To many pharmacies that will be happy for my business as well as my family friends an co-workers. I’m gonna make it my focus to let my people know how horribly I was treated."
