"Showed up, was not greeted, and the employee at the front desk was too busy talking with his friend to help us. When we finally were noticed, we asked about a Groupon we bought only to be told that they can’t honor it tonight. When we asked when we could use it, they couldn’t give a definitive answer and said “maybe tomorrow, but i can’t guarantee anything.” Why would you offer a groupon if you can’t fulfill it? They were not polite, and seemed agitated that we were there. Very disappointed and will not be coming back."

"Some lanes are usually broken down, but the people are easy to work with and it's a good bowling experience! Music isn't cranked up like some places so you can actually hear each other talk. The pizza is really good, but the other food is just okay. This is our go-to place for reasonable prices and good atmosphere!"

"This was the worst bowling and customer service experience. If your lane malfunctions, they won’t reimburse or add extra time to your game. Instead, they will blame you, the customer, for their faulty machines stating that too many balls were thrown. We had 7 balls between each lane (2 lanes), so 3 on one, 4 on the other. The balls got stuck. It took them 25 minutes to fix it and we paid for an hour of play time. My sister-in-law, who is the kindest, most non confrontational person on the planet asked the older gentleman at the front to add time to our game. He proceeded to blame us saying that we threw 11 balls down which was absolutely false. He refused to add extra time, so we decide to play the last 10 minutes of our game being very careful to wait for our ball to come back each time. After 5 minutes, the machine glitched again. I told the same gentleman, and he continued to blame us and threatened to call the police after I told him that I would leave a negative review on every SM platform. THATS the kind of service you get at this place. I will pay 3x the price and go to Main Event to bowl. We will never be patrons of this place again. Shame on you!"
