"Since they bought Fred's pharmacy out "which I was with for years" they are completely overwhelmed with the amount of customers to take care now. they've taken one lane out which is such a hassle to even go pick your medication up now. Rather u go inside or the drive thru, it's close to 20-30 minute wait. I have not went one month since they bought freds pharmacy out without something being messed up, my insurance on file "remind you have never had an issue with until Walgreens took over" " I've had the same insurance going on 7-8 years now." I'm constantly having to resend in my insurance card or it's a delay on the prescription It takes anywhere from 2-3 days waiting past my due date, "EVERY MONTH". So I had went in and requested a copy of a list of my current prescriptions and I needed to do a transfer on my prescriptions. I got told they were too busy to get me a transfer form and I would need to come back during not so busy work hours... So with this being said, I would like to say Nikki's pharmacy has been up most helpful in anyway possible. If I have a problem she don't request that I pick that phone up to figure out the problem or where to fix the problem she is on top of it doing her best to fixed it for me. Can you believe that she takes time to help her customers that is amazing customer service!!!! I love how it's just a small town pharmacy, they're very nice, respectful, it's a warm homey feeling when you walk through the doors. Thanks Nikki's Walgreens may need to get ahold of something or someone, one customer here you post"
