"Very negative customer service experience with Fran, who found it appropriate to laugh when I shared my concerns about my family member going without their mental health medication while on vacation due to Lakeland’s lack of supply and REFUSAL to transfer the prescription elsewhere because they’d already billed our insurance for 30 pills when they only dispensed 6. We’ve always had good experiences here previously but will never return or recommend after this experience. Fran, in the future, I hope you will think twice before laughing at someone’s misfortune when they’re in a vulnerable position and I hope you will do some reflection on your lack of compassion for the people you are supposed to serve."

"Decided to go here rather than a major pharmacy to help support a smaller business. There were four people working and I was the only present customer. They wouldn’t look at me even though I was standing right there with a simple question. It was so obvious. The balding guy tried so hard not to make eye contact. Won’t be going back."
