"If you have 5-8 hours to wait on having a prescription filled, this is your place. I can clearly see their racks and it is evident that they are no more busy than Walgreens or any other pharmacy, but they always have at least 10 employees looking “busy”. Oh — and NEVER try to have an rx transferred to another pharmacy. It’s takes a week to find out they can’t transfer it, anyway. I’m DONE with them and slowly but surely moving all my prescriptions elsewhere."

"My husband went to pick up my medication on Christmas Eve and there was a sweet 83 year old woman infront of him in line. She was told that her medications were not ready, but as soon as they returned from lunch they would give them to her. During that time my husband learned that she wasnt getting meds for herself, she was heading home with her husband that was just released from the hospital and that he was waiting in the car. He had had a heart attack a week ago. After the lovely lunch break miraculously the meds were ready at that very moment and she went to pay. The cashier told her it was $700+. She then explained she had other insurance and she had disclosed this info before. She was then told she was just going to have to wait. What a horrible experience for this lady and her husband. Way to spread the Christmas Cheer. I realize all of these issues can occur but how you handle it with your customers is what matters most. It is a good thing this compassionate RN wasnt there."
