"This bank is a small town bank, I do pay for things that are free at the bigger bank, but I can't call a bigger bank and get a loan for Ag purposes in minutes!! Thanks for all you do and the amazing services that you provide. Couldn't be happier with the staff at the counter or in the back offices. I don't know what all the hateful reviews are about, but everyone has thier own experiences, mine have been great thus far!"

"The new hours are short and verry inconvenient for a working man to do business there without leaving work early. Lobby is closed Saturday so the drive through has long lines and wait times. The tellers are friendly but I think management could probably care less. Thinking of moving on."

"Giving only 3 stars cause some to the employees are rude and seems to come off as they can careless about problems with an account. When we was inside making our account in October we watched a employee treat a older lady pretty rude over a debit card. I have personally had a couple accounts with this bank and they have not really changed over the years except their banking app which lags superbad. ALSO your app needs to show if there is money pending!! Edit 3/18/22 I don't understand how one week our check will go in on time and the next week our check won't go on in time and it's always from the same person same place. They've tried to blame the company is coming from but it's not them we have documentation of when it was put in so I don't understand why Lamar Bank and trust can't get their act together."
