"I'm a transplant patient and have been using Alps in Anderson for a couple years. Some of my meds are special order anti rejection meds. Ollie in Springfield calls monthly to check with me. The people in Anderson are always friendly and helpful. I've been dealing with pharmacies for over 20 years on a monthly basis and Alps is by far, my favorite. They actually care about making sure I have what I need. A++++++"
"I deleted my last review, and I am updating my opinion of this store. At first I wasn't happy our experience at this store. However they reached out to me after my review and asked how they could fix the issues. And they have done an A+++++ job correcting the issues we had as well as going above and beyond to make sure we are always happy with our exchanges with them. We really appreciate that they helped get my husbands meds all refilled at the same time each month. This makes it much easier than having a few refills every few weeks. We also appreciate that they are willing to deliver our meds to us when we are unable to get to town! Thank you to the Alps team for being so helpful and willing to figure out what we needed!!"
